How do you handle pets that are very anxious or scared of the vet?
​We believe a calm visit starts with a calm environment. Our team is trained in low-stress handling, and we use calming pheromones and a soothing atmosphere to reduce anxiety. For pets with significant fear, we work with owners on a plan that can include "happy visits" to build positive associations and, when necessary, discuss pre-visit medications to ensure their experience is as stress-free as possible.
