PRESCRIPTION REFILL REQUESTWhen submitting a prescription refill request please keep in mind the following: If your pets prescription is filled at an outside pharmacy, please check with that pharmacy for refills before submitting a request to our office. If your pet has compounded prescriptions please alert us at least one week prior to running out of the medication, to allow for filling and delivery time. Please allow 24 hours for in clinic refills to be processed.
***NOTE- If your pet has a prescription that is a controlled substance that is filled at an outside pharmacy, you will be required to pick up a written prescription from our office. DEA regulations state that we are not allowed to call, fax or email controlled substance prescriptions to outside pharmacies. *** |
